Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations are available up to 60 days before the start of the seminar. 100 Euro of the course registration is nonrefundable. No refunds are available within 60 days of the seminar, but you can transfer your registration to a future seminar. The transfer must be within a year of the original registration date. No transfers are available within 2 weeks of the conference. If you fail to attend the start of the seminar, you will forfeit the registration fee. You must request a cancellation in writing to hello@euveterinaryce.com.

The EUVetCE Experiences program schedule is subject to change at any time and without prior notice. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any seminar at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. EUVetCE Experiences cannot guarantee any speaker's attendance or that the scheduled seminar will take place. In the improbable situation that the seminar is canceled, EUVetCE Experiences will fully refund all registration fees received to date but shall have no further obligation to you of any type, whether monetary or otherwise. Such right of termination shall not be unreasonably exercised.

2. Waiver and Release of Claims

By registering for and attending EUVetCE Experiences, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests (including, without limitation, family members), assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation in all on and off-site activities that are part of or affiliated with the EUVetCE Experiences. By registering for this seminar, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EUVetCE Experiences, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all allegations, claims, actions, losses, damages, costs, expenses or liability of any kind arising out of or related to attendance and participation at the EUVetCE Experiences seminar by you and your Guests, including without limitation, personal injury (including death) or any damage caused by you or any of your Guests to any venue utilized by EUVetCE Experiences for the seminar or your failure to comply with applicable law or the rules and regulations of the venue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my guests, do hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge EUVetCE Experiences, its officers, directors, employees, insurers, and agents of and from any and all, and all manner of charges, claims, actions, rights, demands, debts, liability, actions, claim’s for lawyer's fees, damage of any kind and nature whatsoever, in law or equity, including but not limited to claims for rights related to privacy or misappropriation of image or likeness, property damage and/or bodily injury, even if caused by negligence or gross negligence, arising out of the acts or omissions of EUVetCE Experiences, its agents, officers, contractors or employees that may arise or occur in connection with or as a result of attending the EUVetCE Experiences Seminars.

By registering for the EUVetCE Experiences seminar, you agree that you have read this Waiver and Release of Claims in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and have agreed to its terms freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me. You intend for your EUVetCE Experiences seminar registration to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law for all persons I have registered.

3. Registration

Registration to the EUVetCE Experiences seminar will be conducted exclusively via the BOOKWHEN platform.

4. Payment

The payment process between the customer (attendee) and EUVetCE Experiences is conducted solely through the STRIPE platform.

5. Photography and Recordings

To comply with applicable data privacy laws, EUVetCE Experiences imposes certain restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events, such as photography, video, audio, online streaming, and other media. Photography by attendees during any portion of a session is allowable at the discretion of the seminar speaker(s). In all cases, all photographs should be used for personal, non-commercial use and are not to be used for publication or rebroadcast without the express written permission of the speaker. Both audio and video recordings of sessions are strictly prohibited. Unless noted otherwise, photography is allowed in the seminar's common areas and venues

6. Photograph and Video Recording Release

EUVetCE Experiences may take photos, videos, or other recordings of attendees at seminar events or of people participating in functions or activities related to the seminar, including, without limitation, images and recordings of participants. Your attendance at the seminar constitutes your agreement that EUVetCE Experiences may make and use the recordings in the future for any purpose, including, without limitation, commercial, marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising, educational, or other purposes. By registering for the Seminar, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests, expressly consent and agree to allow EUVetCE Experiences to make use and use recordings, which may include you, your family members, or other guests, in all media formats worldwide for whatever purposes EUVetCE Experiences deems appropriate.  You acknowledge and agree that EUVetCE Experiences shall own all intellectual property rights arising in connection with the recordings and that neither you nor your guests shall receive (or be entitled to) any royalties or other compensation from EUVetCE Experiences for any use of the recordings.
