The lectures provided practical insights into the latest approaches to anesthesia and pain management for both feline and canine patients. Attendees gained a deeper understanding of how to safely anesthetize difficult-to-handle animals, as well as those with cardiac, renal, or liver disease. The sessions also covered troubleshooting techniques for general anesthesia and strategies for planning anesthesia in complex cases. In addition, participants learned about local anesthesia techniques and effective methods for managing chronic pain, enhancing their ability to deliver safer and more effective patient care.
Dermatology and Dermatopathology

The lectures focused on the diagnosis and management of common dermatological disorders in dogs and cats. Participants gained a deeper understanding of how to identify and treat conditions such as canine atopic dermatitis, feline pruritus, pyoderma, otitis, and less common skin diseases. The sessions also provided valuable insights into skin cytology, covering the necessary materials and methods, interpretation of findings, and the diagnosis of certain neoplastic conditions. Oncology - Practical Approach

The oncology lectures offered practical insights into the latest diagnostic and treatment options for common neoplastic diseases in feline and canine patients. Attendees developed a stronger understanding of how to diagnose and manage conditions such as canine and feline lymphoma, canine mast cell tumors, soft-tissue sarcomas - including feline injection-site sarcoma - as well as oral, nasal, and bone tumors. The sessions also addressed strategies for effectively handling oncology cases in general practice when referral is not feasible, providing valuable guidance for real-world clinical decision-making.
Internal Medicine - Antibiotic Use - Updates on FIP

The seminar focused on the diagnosis and management of a variety of common medical conditions, including chronic enteropathy, anemia, urinary tract infections, pyrexia, and canine gallbladder disease. Participants received up-to-date information on feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), gained practical insights into the rational use of antibiotics, and explored common endocrine disorders through case-based discussions. By the end of the seminar, attendees had developed a stronger understanding of how to clinically approach and manage these conditions, with enhanced confidence in treating UTIs, gallbladder diseases, endocrine issues, and complex internal medicine cases.
